The Hall Street revitalization project for the City of Nelson encompassed three blocks within the historical downtown core and included replacement of major underground infrastructure, street-lighting, traffic calming through urban design, boulevard planting, a pedestrian plaza, and various custom designed site elements (streetlights, bollards, guard rail, and pavement insets).
